Is laser hair removal permanent?

Are there any side effects of the ShapezoneTech Alex Maxim laser treatment?
The treatment is usually comfortable, complications rarely occur. Rarely, but they may occur, for example: the appearance of temporary hyper- or hypopigmentation in certain areas, a burning sensation, which is usually temporary, skin scarring, edema, skin redness, temporary bruising and temporary discoloration of the skin. These symptoms subside after a few hours, or in some cases a few days, and disappear completely.
Is there a minimum age limit for the treatment?
