Surely we have all faced situations where, through no fault of our own, we were late for an appointment or suddenly had to cancel an important event. You may not be able to come to the scheduled time at any time, so we'll summarize the rules in a few points:
If canceled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
The amount of the Booking Fee is the value of handling the selected service.
1. ARRANGEMENT, REGISTRATION
You can log in to our services in person, by phone, online. We can reply to messages sent through online interfaces during the specified opening hours. (Mon-Fri: 08: 00-20: 00)
After an appointment, if you do not have a season ticket with us, we will ask you for your email address, in which we will give you all the information about the advance transfer, where you can book your date with your transfer.
We may not be able to respond immediately to inquiries by phone, but we are guaranteed to call you back within a few hours.
If you do not arrive on time for the booked time, please let us know in any case!
A few minutes delay is deducted from the time allotted for the requested service.
In case of a delay of 20-30 minutes, due to the time of the later Guests, we may not be able to accept it, because on the one hand it would be at the expense of the quality service, and on the other hand we have to take into account the next guests arriving on time.
3. CANCELLATION OF THE DATE
If something comes up and you can't come to the scheduled time, let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
If canceled within 24 hours, we will charge an ADDITIONAL FEE of 50% of the selected service. If you have a pass with us, the occasion will be deducted. Of course, the surcharge does not apply to the date canceled due to unforeseen events (accident, sudden illness)!
In case of fever, infectious diseases, various skin changes (eg herpes) the date of the service used should be postponed, let's arrange a later date when you can come to us in a healthy state.
Cancellation / Cancellation
If you purchase an Endless package, if the number of time cancellations or cancellations in the online system exceeds 4 times, we will still not be able to provide you with an Endless package.
Arriving on time
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early before your start time.
In case of delay, the duration of the delay can be deducted from the training or treatment time.
Endless packages are valid for 30 days (not extended by holiday days). If you follow our date cancellation policy, you can renew your Endless package every month.
There are no restrictions on buying an endless package.
Duration of body treatments
(Veshape / Powershape): 40 min
Infra training: 40 minutes, EMS: 30 minutes
Facials: 60 minutes
Duration of treatment is 60 minutes for Veshape or 50 minutes for Powershape.
Infra training lasts 50 minutes.
You can schedule your dates up to 2 months in advance.

If you do not buy an Endless package, but buy a suitable season ticket, you can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours without deduction.
In case of purchasing a season ticket or ENDLESS package, we are not able to pay money and the season tickets and packages cannot be transferred.
It is worth booking an appointment so that you can definitely come to the given training or treatment.
Appointments can be booked online / by phone / in person for two weeks in advance.
If you contact us by phone and change your date, it will not be considered a cancellation.
A rescheduling within 48 hours is also considered a cancellation.
